Nurse Ally Concierge Care, PLLC was founded by Ebony Hannah, MSN, BSN, RN, CCM - a seasoned registered nurse with 15 years of clinical experience and a deep commitment to service. Ebony brings together clinical excellence and genuine compassion in every client relationship.
Ebony earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University, followed by her Master of Science in Nursing, becoming a Board-Certified Adult-Gerontological Clinical Nurse Specialist. She built a strong clinical foundation at the bedside, delivering high-acuity care to our nation’s Veterans in the intensive care unit. As an advanced practice registered nurse, her career progressed with a Home-Based Geriatric Program, where she managed complex geriatric syndromes and supported older adults navigating multifaceted health challenges.
Today, as a Certified Case Manager RN, Ebony leads Nurse Ally Concierge Care. She is committed to redefining private-duty nursing through advocacy, seamless care coordination, and faithful service.
